A system nobody depends on has not been deployed. It has been installed.
The gap between a pilot and an operating system is not technical. A pilot runs on a copy of the data, beside the workflow, watched by the people who built it. A deployed system runs on the live record, inside the workflow, and the people who own the operation would notice within a day if it stopped.
We do not ship shrink-wrapped software, and we take mandates selectively: depth over volume, and engagements where the workflow maps to one we already run.

We start in the operation and earn the picture: the systems it already runs on, the records it keeps, the decisions that actually get made and who makes them. The plan is built to how the business runs, not dropped on top of it from a template.
One workflow, end to end
Not a platform rollout. One workflow carried the whole way through, on the company's own records, until the path from question to answer is shorter than it was and the trail back to the source survives.
The operators take the controls
The people who run the operation run the system. An engagement that leaves a dependency on us has not finished; it has changed who the bottleneck is.

On the company's own records, for the people who already own the work. The data does not leave for us to hold.
It does not move money
Itô does not connect to bank accounts and never moves money. That is not configuration: there is nothing to switch on, so there is nothing to switch on by mistake.
Every figure says where it came from
A number carries the record it was derived from, and an unknown is shown as an unknown rather than as a zero.
