These terms

These terms govern your use of argonav.ai, operated by [Operating entity, to be confirmed by counsel], the technology division of Keel Merchant Bank (“Argonav”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

They do not govern Argo, Itô or Singularity, which are provided under separate written agreements. Nothing on this site grants access to any of them.

What the site is

This site describes our work. It is information, not an offer, and not investment, legal, tax, accounting or other professional advice. Demonstrations and figures shown on the site are illustrative samples, not results for any client. Descriptions of what a product does are not terms of business; those are set only in a signed agreement.

Using the site

Use the site lawfully. Do not try to break, overload, scrape at scale or gain access to parts of it that are not public, and do not send anything unlawful, harmful or that you have no right to send. Every public form is rate limited, and automated attempts are refused.

What you send us

A message sent through the contact form reaches our team and stays private, as the Privacy notice describes.

A response on an article is public once we approve it, under the name you give. You keep ownership of what you write and give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish and display it on this site. You confirm you have the right to grant that. We may decline or remove any response, and we never edit one and present the edit as yours. Ask and we will unpublish it.

The newsletter is one step to join and one step to leave, from the link in every issue.

Intellectual property

The site’s content, design and code, and the names and marks Argonav, Argo, Itô and Singularity, belong to us or to Keel Merchant Bank. You may view and share pages for your own reference; any other use needs our written permission.

Other companies’ names, logos and model names appear on this site, for example on the Singularity page, only to identify their products. They are the trademarks of their owners, and their appearance does not imply endorsement, sponsorship or partnership.

Links to other sites

Links to other sites are for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

No warranties

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not promise the site will be uninterrupted, error free or current. We may change or remove any part of it at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to one hundred US dollars. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about the site, and you and we consent to them. If you are a consumer, this does not remove protections your local law gives you.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top moves when they change, and continued use after that means you accept the update. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
