Terms

Reviewed 2026-09-15

What these terms cover

These terms govern argonav.ai, the website you are reading. They do not govern Argo or Itô, the products, which run under separate agreements with the firms that use them. Nothing on this site grants access to either one.

There are no visitor accounts here. You do not sign in, you hold no credential, and there is nothing for you to keep secure.

What you can do here

You can read the site, send us a message through the contact form, subscribe to the newsletter, and write a response on an article. That is the whole list.

Use it lawfully. Do not try to break it, overload it, or reach the parts of it that are not public. Every public form is rate limited, so an automated attempt will simply be refused.

What happens to what you write

A message you send through the contact form reaches our team and stays private.

A response on an article is different, and this is the one thing on this page worth reading twice. It asks for your name and the response itself. If we approve it, both are published on that article, exactly as you typed them, under the name you gave. Treat a response as public writing, because that is what it becomes. You keep what you wrote; by sending it you are asking us to publish it, and you can ask us to unpublish it afterwards.

We can decline to publish a response, and we can remove one later. We do not edit one and publish it as though you had written the edit.

The newsletter

Subscribing takes one step. There is no confirmation email to click, so the address you type is the address we add.

Leaving takes one step too, and there are two ways to do it. If your mail app shows its own unsubscribe control beside our name, using it removes you at once. The link at the foot of every issue opens a page with a single button instead, because scanners open every link in an email and we will not take someone off the list who never asked to leave. Either way it is immediate once you have used it, and we keep a record that you left so a later import cannot add you back.

What we do not promise

This site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be available, that any page will stay where it is, or that everything on it is current. We change and remove pages without notice.

Nothing here is an offer, advice, or a commitment of any kind. A description of what a product does is a description, not a term of business.

What is still open

These terms name no governing law and no venue. That is a decision for counsel rather than something derivable from how this site is built, and it is not settled yet. We would rather say so here, plainly, than leave you to discover it.

The contact form takes questions about these terms.

The date above moves when the text does; this version was written on 15 September 2026.
