Intelligence has to know the company.
Adoption was never the hard part. A system that cannot see how a company works cannot run any of it.
Most of what gets called transformation is a tool arriving next to the work. The operation does not change, so neither does the result.
A company already has an operating model. It is spread across the systems it bought, the records it keeps, the workflows nobody wrote down and the people who know which exception matters. Argonav builds that model explicitly, as an ontology: what the company owns, what it does, and how it decides. The agentic systems then run on it.
That order is the whole argument. Intelligence deployed onto a company it cannot see produces confident work about the wrong business. Intelligence deployed onto a current, connected picture of the operation produces work someone can act on, and a trail back to the record it came from.
What actually changes, and in what order.
The ontology comes first
The working model of what a company owns, what it does and how it decides. Until that exists, every system built on top of it is guessing at the business it is supposed to run.
Into the workflow, not beside it
A system that sits next to the operation is a second place to look. The work has to happen where the decision is already being made, on the records the company already keeps.
Trained on the company's own record
We fine-tune frontier models on proprietary datasets, per company, agnostic to the platform and the shape of the data. We train them. We do not build them, and a model that has never seen the operation has nothing to say about it.
Agents carry the standing work
The repeating work moves to the system. Judgment and ownership stay with the people who already hold them, which is the only version of this that survives contact with a real operation.
Measured against the operation
The question is whether the work moved: fewer hand-offs, a shorter path from question to answer, a trail that survives an audit of its own. Adoption of a tool is not the same claim.
