Alex W. Putzer

CTO

Alex leads technology and business development at Argonav and drives its engineering effort. A systems architect with a background in capital markets and finance, he specializes in data ontology and software engineering, designing the systems that let agents, data and people work as one.

Before Keel he founded Bridge Advisory Group, a New York real estate brokerage and technology firm, in partnership with a real estate private equity firm. He served as its chief executive, chief technologist and second highest producing broker.

In its first two years, Bridge closed more than $150M in sales and more than 60,000 square feet of commercial leasing across office and retail, and built a residential portfolio of more than 500 units, while he built the agentic workforce behind its operations.

Sean Koons

Sean leads product strategy and development across the firm’s technology and operating platform. He shapes how agentic intelligence reaches the operator and how the platform becomes a product other institutions can run on.

He is a Limited Partner and Creator in Residence at dao5, a crypto-native venture fund. He was previously Portfolio Manager at District 2 Capital Fund LP, with earlier roles at Goldman Sachs and Citadel.

The through-line across public markets, private capital, and frontier technology is turning complex systems into products people can run.

Lee Cohen

VP of Engineering

Lee is an engineer grounded in applied mathematics and computer science, and a two-time technical co-founder with deep startup experience across AI, video technology, and information security.

He thrives at zero to one, building products from scratch and leading teams from concept to market. Before Keel he was an early employee at Blings, where he led US expansion and built products and engineering solutions for clients, helping carry the company through a successful Series A; he went on to found his own ventures in AI and consumer software.

At Keel he leads engineering for Argonav, applying that expertise across the firm’s platform and its portfolio companies.

Dan Picmann is Co-Founder and CEO of Keel Merchant Bank, built to give middle-market companies institutional-grade execution. He and his team work directly inside client businesses, pairing hands-on operating experience with deep capital markets expertise.

Before Keel he was a Managing Director and Founding Member at Highview Capital, leading transactions and transformation across its portfolio, after roles at Post Advisory Group, J.P. Morgan and Bank of America’s Special Assets Group. He holds an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.

Kap Haldia is Co-Founder and COO of Keel Merchant Bank, leading firm-wide operations across Keel Advisory, Keel Partners, Keel Capital and Argonav.

He began his career in Citi’s Global Industrials Group and joined the founding team at Highview Capital, where he helped complete 50 acquisitions. He then founded Sound Partners and grew it through more than 20 acquisitions before a successful exit.

He works from inside the business, not above it.

Vince Demarchi

Vince Demarchi is a Managing Director at Keel Partners, the dedicated capital markets execution arm of Keel Merchant Bank. Based in New York, he leads full-stack capital markets execution, transaction structuring and capital raising across the capital stack for middle-market companies, founder-led businesses and private equity sponsors.

Before Keel Partners he was a Director of Capital Markets at Houlihan Lokey, after serving in the Debt Capital Markets Advisory practice at EY Capital Advisors, and began his career in investment banking at PNC.

Liam Quigley

Principal, Keel Advisory

Colby College

Principal at Keel. He founded Narya Holdings, where he led the leveraged buyout and turnaround of a distressed multi-unit consumer services business.

Earlier he was a private equity professional at Platinum Equity and part of the middle-market investment banking group at Bank of America Securities, executing over $2 billion in M&A and capital-raising transactions.
