What we hold, what we do not, and how a counterparty gets a real answer about Argo and Itô.
What we hold
Nothing.
Argonav holds no security certification. No SOC 2 report exists, no ISO certificate exists, and no independent audit of our systems has been performed. We are not announcing a programme, a target or a date; when that changes, this page will say what was done and who did it.
We would rather be the company whose trust page you finish in a minute than the one whose claims you have to check.
We are the first ones exposed
Keel Merchant Bank runs on what we build before it goes anywhere else: deals, portfolio companies, capital partners, people, meetings and documents on one surface, with the data substrate, the agent runtime and the audit trail in one system.
The firm's own confidential work is inside the system before a client's is. We carry the consequence of getting it wrong first.
Where Itô runs, and what it will not do
- Inside the company. For the CFO and the controller, on the company's own accounting records. The data does not leave for us to hold.
- It does not connect to bank accounts and never moves money. Those are not configuration: nothing to switch on, so nothing to switch on by mistake.
- Its numbers are arithmetic, not a model. No language model writes a figure a finance team reads, and an unknown is never shown as a zero.
What we will not publish
- A control inventory. A list of what is in place is also a list of what is not, and it is read by more people than the one who asked.
- A subprocessor register. Who receives data is a fact we can state; a register with each vendor's own report on file is an artifact we do not have, and we will not imply it by publishing the word.
- Anyone else's trust page. If a claim here looks like one you have read elsewhere, check it. We would rather you did.
Getting a real answer
Send your questionnaire, your architecture questions or your list of controls and say which system you are evaluating. A person answers, in writing, about the system you named. Found a security problem in anything we run? The safety page says how to tell us.
