Singularity

The enterprise solution for AI: one control point for every model, team and request in the company.

AI use is outrunning AI control.

Singularity is where a company takes it back.

Teams sign up for models one at a time. Spend lands on a dozen invoices, nobody can say who used what, a premium model answers questions a small one could, and company data leaves without anyone looking at it first. Every model vendor is paid by the token, so none of them is going to slow it down.

  • All AI traffic in one place

No more piecing spend and usage together from a dozen tools.

  • Every use visible

What is used, by whom, and what it costs, without having to ask.

  • Spend that fits the task

No premium model paid for on work that never needed one.

  • Access set once

Who can reach which models, decided for the company and enforced everywhere.

Two layers, one door.

The gateway is the complete company platform. Carina models sit above it, built by Argonav for specific industries and companies.

Approved models, company knowledge, templates and agents run through the gateway, with every person’s allocation and every request on the record. Carina models are reached through the same gateway, under the same controls, by the people a company authorizes.

One workspace for everyone in the company.

  1. Ask

Research, analyze and draft with the sources you choose. Every answer keeps the evidence it used.

  2. Build

Create a working tool, a dashboard, a form or a report, inspect the change and preview it before it applies.

  3. Delegate

Hand an agent a bounded task. Agree the plan first, follow its progress, and review the result before you accept it.

  4. One project holds all three, so work moves from a question to a tool to a delegated task without losing its context or widening its access.

Control that holds at every request.

Every request reviewed before it runs

Identity, sources, model policy, route, runtime and capacity are checked first. When something is blocked, it says why and offers the fix. An earlier approval never grants new authority.

Capacity everyone can see

Company limits flow to teams and people. Each account shows what is used, what is committed and what is left, before the work starts.

Model, route and runtime, chosen separately

Which model does the work, how the request reaches it and where it runs are three decisions. Routine work goes to smaller models, and internal work never falls back to a public provider.

Sources you can inspect

Owner, version and readiness show before a source is used, and every result keeps the sources behind it.

Coverage with a clear edge

Connected tools are observed. One that is not connected shows as outside coverage, never as zero activity.

Sensitive data stays home

Outgoing requests are inspected, and personal or sensitive data is redacted before anything reaches an outside vendor.

One control point for all of it.

Every request from every person, application and agent passes through Singularity on its way to a model, and nothing reaches a model without being checked.

  1. Prepare

Who is asking, which account pays, which model and which sources.

  2. Check

Access, readiness, policy and capacity, before anything runs.

  3. Run

The permitted step runs, its usage is recorded, and a changed scope is checked again.

  4. Keep

The result, its evidence and its versions, there to review and reopen.

The right controls for each role.

  • Employees

Start useful work, choose the context, and see the capacity left before starting.

  • Managers

Review team allocations and requests, and see who owns what, without leaving the workspace.

  • Administrators

Set company access, connections, policies and budgets, kept apart from everyday work.

Carina models: the layer only we can add.

Models built by Argonav for specific industries and for specific companies, shaped by the operating context Keel Merchant Bank works inside every day.

A general model

Sees the company’s records and reports what they say. Without the company’s own targets, it cannot tell which number is a problem.

A Carina model

Also knows the targets and tolerances the company runs to, so it flags the exception, cites the record behind it, and asks who owns it.

Every model. One gateway.

Singularity is in build, inside Keel Merchant Bank first. Enterprises join by conversation.
